I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of the city center, but be prepared for a little climb up a steep hill. The room service was excellent, with a wide range of amenities available such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The staff was also very attentive and helpful, making sure that all my needs were met. The hotel also offered additional services like car hire, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle, which made my stay even more convenient.
If I had to pick one downside, I would say that the customer service could have been better. However, despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is well situated in a slightly run-down area, making it a convenient choice for business travelers who prefer not to walk up hills. It's incredibly close to all major transportation options, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. some rooms offer a stunning view of the surrounding area.
Some areas of the hotel may need a bit of updating, such as peeling paint and slightly worn furniture.

Conveniently located, rooms need painting but have modern bathrooms. Table served breakfast included, with freshly made eggs and good coffee. Great city view from the spacious room with terrace. Close to Botanical garden.
